If we are hired to assist you with a standard workplace disputes (without initiating a lawsuit, Ministry of Labour proceeding or Human Rights complaint), our non-contingency fees range from $7,500.00 to $15,000.00 + HST.
Where we offer contingency payment arrangements, your fees will be much higher. Lawsuits and other formal legal proceedings can range anywhere from $40,000.00 to $100,000.00 + HST.

If we can’t, rest assured that we won’t leave you hanging and will provide you with alternative options for resolution.
Our firm does not provide pro-bono legal services, which are legal services delivered to you at no cost. As employment lawyers, we respect the rights of workers to be paid for the work they do. We uphold this right for all workers including members of our team, who work hard to serve our clients.
